To create a feature request, please follow the steps below:
- Create a new support ticket. To do this, you will have to log in to your Marketplace account.
- Populate the following fields:
- Requester: a valid email address so we can contact you.
- Subject: a brief, yet descriptive summary of the requested feature.
- Description: the purpose of the requested feature and what problem it will solve; and example use cases if possible.
- Attach a file: (optional) screenshot, illustration, video, or a GIF that shows an example use case; or any file that provides information related to the feature.
- Click the Submit button.
