Docs to OpenAPI v1.0.0 Release Notes

The first version of the plugin ever to be published, Docs to OpenAPI v1.0.0, was released on September 25, 2018 in the Google Chrome Store as a Chrome Extension.

The initial release of the plugin comes with the following core features:

  • Editing of API data; specifically API operations, responses, parameters, request bodies, schemas, tags, security schemes, servers, and API metadata
  • Crawler support
    • Configuration of Crawler fields
    • Ability to customize crawling strategy
    • Ability to add and use custom scripts
  • Ability to upload plugin configurations and OpenAPI schemas to the TORO Marketplace
  • Support for exporting plugin configuration and/or the generated OpenAPI schema
  • Ability to copy schema definition to clipboard
