HTTP Request Monitoring

With TORO Integrate, it's possible to monitor HTTP requests being accepted by your instance via the HTTP Request Monitoring page.

To access the HTTP Request Monitoring page, simply select HTTP Requests from the Connections menu.

Nagivating to the *HTTP Requests* page

This page shows all of the currently running HTTP requests.

Clicking on one of the HTTP request IDs in the displayed table will show the details of that HTTP request.

How to show the details of an HTTP request

The information displayed in the side panel above is from the request's corresponding javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest object.

Name Source
Request URL HttpServletRequest#getRequestURL
Method HttpServletRequest#getMethod
Request URI HttpServletRequest#getRequestURI
Request Protocol HttpServletRequest#getProtocol
Servlet Path HttpServletRequest#getServletPath
Path Info HttpServletRequest#getPathInfo
Path Translated HttpServletRequest#getPathTranslated
Query String HttpServletRequest#getQueryString
Content Length HttpServletRequest#getContentLength

Server Name HttpServletRequest#getServerName
Server Port HttpServletRequest#getServerPort
Remote User HttpServletRequest#getRemoteUser
Remote Address HttpServletRequest#getRemoteAddr

While the page is displayed, some HTTP requests will finish, some will continue to run, and some new HTTP requests will be accepted. To make sure that the displayed HTTP requests are up to date, you can click on the Refresh button. By default, the page will change every second but this is also configurable by setting the value of the polling interval text box.
